The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Times: Orders can sometimes take 2-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
  • Shipping Times: the post office: 7-15 business days

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, it’s okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!

We are experiencing shipping delays due to transport restrictions worldwide. The delay may happen at any point during the shipping process including while your order is in transit.
